I have asked the admin to remove my own account from the Azure AD from the customer site and they say they have done and then.

I have uninstalled Teams and reïnstalled it. Later on doing so, I have removed the files and folders as instructed.

After starting up again unfortunately sometimes I still see the driblet down from my own account. And sometimes it merely logs in using the customer account.

Furthermore the worst event is back once more and that is: after providing my ain credentials I go the post-obit error:

Foutcode: 4c7

Hi Plantje

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for my late reply since I out of office a few days.

From your feedback, I know the client admin has remove you from Azure AD but the event persists. and then it is necessary to cheque and verify if you have removed from other sites like teams customer and Teams admin center at client site. Also, from "And sometimes it just logs in using the client account.",does means that you will see the customer's organization as a guest afterwards signing in your company account and there is no the drop down? If yes, and so is at that place some error when you in client's organization or when yous choose the client'southward company (as guest) from drop down ?

In addition, to avoid the result associated to the device, you lot can also try to change the device to cheque if the phenomenon appears.

Looking forward to your update and we'll always be hither for you.

Regards,

Joey

Well, yes, I call up you are assessing the situation correctly. Only tried logging in once more and I get the mistake message.

And then, uninstalled and installed again. After installing again, there is no logging in needed and the awarding immediately starts and I am logged in using the client's account. (So, not my company account as invitee). And in that location is no driblet downwardly

If I then log out from the customer account and log in once more using my company account, I become the error message again.

So, I made sure the application was exited completely and uninstalled and reinstalled once again. And then information technology let's me login, I can employ my company account, have to go through some Symantec VIP checks and it logs in using my visitor account. I did notice, that the drop down is gone now... so, fingers crossed!

When logged in using my company account the drib down is gone. In that regard the upshot is solved.

However, every now and and then (while the application is logged in), a screen to login pops up. If I do that using my visitor account, I get the aforementioned mistake bulletin. If I and then uninstall the awarding and reinstall, every so oft it starts upward automatically logged in with the client account.

I practise have the client account connected to Outlook on this device. Notwithstanding, I do not want to login on Teams using this client account.

Edit: and once again.... Was logged in using my company account. Login request pops up and afterwards logging in the application did not reply. Closed the awarding (from the system tray), reopened and information technology logged in using my client's account.

After logging out and logging in using my company'due south account once again, it returned an error.
